My husband, our daughter, and I had the pleasure of working with Kent twice in a less than two-year period. Our daughter accepted a job in Hot Springs in the late summer of 2017, and was looking for a house there. Kent found a great fit for her needs, and helped us navigate a somewhat complicated multi-state closing! He truly looked out for our daughter's best interests and guided her, and us, in a caring, yet professional manner. Less than two years later, our daughter's life path led her to a different city, so we reached out to Kent to help us with the sale of the Hot Springs house. It was a such a pleasure working with Kent. He took care of every detail in the selling of our condo from the wonderful professional pictures, communicating with the potential buyers, sharing advice during the negotiating process, handling the inspection appointments, recommendations for a cleaning service...Kent took care of absolutely everything. His help was invaluable especially considering the fact that we live out of town and the listing and sale was all done over the phone!!

Professional! Due to my health, I had to sell my home of many years to be closer to my son. Kent helped me with staging advice, and checked on me throughout the process, answering all of my questions. Kent has a professional photographer on staff, and made my home look like a showplace! To go down the list of what online reviews are about: Local Knowledge, Trustworthiness, Dedication, Responsiveness,...etc, etc...Check a box here and check a box there...really? Kent Dover is the guy that goes above and beyond those kinds of reviews. He's the one who asks what else he can do for you. He's the one who says he will take a measurement or take a picture for you when you're already making plans to drive a couple hundred miles to do it yourself, and when you tell him he doesn't have to do that he simply says "You dont't have to drive up here, it's my job, I'd be happy to do it for you." I could go on and on about the professionalism and dedication of Kent Dover, who over the span of two-years, provided an unparalleled service in helping us find the absolute best property for our relocation to Hot Springs. If you are considering moving to Hot Springs, AR, or relocating whithin the area, you will not find a better Agent to assist you with everything involved in buying or selling a home. Kent patience and efforts to determine exactly what we were looking for paid off. He was concerned about us, not high pressure just to sell a piece of property but actually to find "our" home.
